Bill G. is an excellent tour guide! It was apparent from the moment he
picked us up to the time he dropped us off that he had planned the
perfect day for us in New York. We all enjoyed a relaxing and
informative day only because Bill prepared in advance to
make sure our day went smoothly. Bill took extra care with my older
parents by making sure the places we visited were easily accessible.
Bill has exceptional skill in driving and parking. Although the weather threw us a curve with an unexpected record snowfall in October, Bill adjusted seamlessly to the conditions and guided us through the city taking full advantage of the beautiful snowy backdrop. The day was extremely enjoyable because we never felt rushed.
Of course, Bill knows all about New York and can answer any question. Bill had a knack for sharing the information and for adding unique touches to the tour. These "surprises" made the tour more enjoyable and memorable. We all agreed that the tour was excellent.
