Tiffany is the author of the Trailer Food Diaries Cookbook and media/marketing-empress for all things “trailer food” (street food). She is a 4th generation Austinite who has a passion for supporting small businesses and she’s available to help you eat your way through her hometown’s best trailer food restaurants. She is a founding partner of the Gypsy Picnic trailer food festival, and loves water sports, yoga, horses and dogs.
