Darby has been in Austin for the past 3 years and has become quite enamored with the city during that time. Any given day she may be found playing frisbee golf, joy-riding on her scooter through historic Austin neighborhoods, eating out with friends, or on a tandem bike ride with the First Jackalope.
Darby spent two years in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and worked for a stint in the Parliament Beehive of New Zealand. She now works at a local children’s home where she is essentially the ‘school mom’ to 40 kiddos.
