Meet Andy M

I have been guiding in Utah and Alaska for over 5 years.  A former ski patroller,  I know how to move safely in the snow.  And as a wilderness guide,  I can teach you all about Utah’s natural beauty.  I am certified in Wilderness First-Aid and CPR,  and have been trained as a Wilderness First Responder and EMT-B.

I’ve know Andy for almost 24 years.  We’ve grown up together our whole lives since kindergarten.  If there’s one person I could recommend that has all around great qualities,  especially a well rounded personality,  it would be Andy.  He possesses the ability to interact with any personality type.

He has a vast knowledge and passion for the outdoors.  For as long as I’ve known Andy,  he’s been a very dedicated and motivated person.  He’s always been very innovative and ready to experience new challenges and have a good time.

As far as being a guide,  I can’t think of another guy I’d rather go with to lead me on a fun outdoor adventure.  He not only possesses the people skills,  but the outdoor experience and survival skills so that he could provide help and protection if there were ever a need.

I give my full support to Andy and recommend him for this position,  as I know he always commits 100%  to whatever he does,  and he does it with all his heart.

What a great idea!  I will be using Guidehop the next time I visit a adventure town like Ogden.  The first thing I think of when I’m on vacation to a new place is….  "I need to hook up with a LOCAL,  they know all the goodies".  Andy is the local to hook up with.  He truly has his hand on the "pulse"  of the Wasatch Front.  If there is something fun going on Andy knows about it.  I have spent many a day adventuring with Andy.  From the ski slopes to the trails to the Canyons and Mt.  peaks.  He is a well rounded person.  I call him an "adventure geek"  because he is a expert in computers all the way to skinning a rattle snake if he had to.  A real A to Z knowledge of all things.  You really could not go wrong with Andy as your Guide

I would allow Andy to take me anywhere,  he is totally trustworthy,  I would trust him with my life.  Also,  he is so fun to be with.  He is the best skier I know.  I have known him for his entire life!  Chose Andy and have enjoy the best day of your life.

Andy was born outdoors.  He was trained while young and developed an un-equaled passion for all things outside.  I have personally been camping with him,  and know him to be a knowledgeable,  seasoned camper.  He knows how to enjoy the things of nature.  I have seen him hiking in the summer and   skiing in the winter.  I highly recommend him as a guide if you are given the choice.
